Chickpea Vanilla Protein Squares
- 1 1/2 cup canned chickpeas
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 Scoop IsaLean Creamy French Vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1⁄8 tsp salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 Fº and fold a 7” x 7” baking pan with parchment paper.
Drain, rinse canned chickpeas under running water and dry chickpeas with a clean towel to remove excess water.
Add ingredients except chocolate chips to a blender or food processor. Process until smooth
Fold in the chocolate chips
Transfer to the parchment paper lined baking pan and top with a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool for 30 minutes before serving.
Substitute maple syrup for honey
Rich Dark Chocolate Protein Squares
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup all-natural cashew butter (or peanut butter)
- 2 scoops IsaLean Rich Chocolate Shake
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- 1 large ripe banana
- 4 large pitted dates
Line an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20-cm) dish with parchment paper; coat lightly with spray. Set aside.
Bring a small pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat. Add dates; let soak for 15 minutes. Strain dates; reserve liquid.
Add dates, banana, cocoa powder, cashew butter, Rich Chocolate Isagenix Shake, extract, salt, and 2 Tbsp. reserved liquid (or water) to a food processor; cover. Process on high until a smooth dough forms. Press dough into prepared dish.
Cut into 12 equal pieces. Enjoy immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Chocolate Mug Cake
- 1 scoop Creamy Dutch Chocolate IsaLean Shake
- 3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Grease a microwave-safe bowl or mug with cooking spray.
Combine IsaLean Shake, baking powder, sea salt, and cacao powder. Mix well.
Add vanilla extract, applesauce, honey or maple syrup, and egg into the dry mixture. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the bowl or mug.
Microwave on high for 1 ½ to 2 minutes.
Top with your favourite IsaDelight or nut butter, and microwave for 20 more seconds to melt.

- 2 scoops Creamy Dutch Chocolate IsaLean® Shake
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
In a 12-ounce microwave-safe mug, whisk together IsaLean™ Shake and baking powder with a fork. Add applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let cake rest for 1 minute. Garnish with strawberries.

- 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup dairy-free milk of choice (we used almond milk)
Grease a deep mug and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine IsaLean Shake, coconut flour, baking powder, granulated sweetener, and cocoa powder and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg with milk and pour into dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Microwave for 60 seconds and remove from microwave and enjoy.
